The rules of collection.

Every trade is taxed. pons charges a flat fee on every buy and sell. The creator's cut of it is routed to the TaxMan contract. No exceptions, no allowlists, no insiders.

Biggest ETH buyer becomes the TaxMan. The contract tracks every buy in ETH terms, wherever it is made. Whoever posts the largest single buy takes the seat and holds it.

Every trade pays him, live. There is no pot. Tax collected by pons is swept to ETH and sent straight to the current TaxMan the moment it is collected: on every filing, or whenever anyone hits collect.

Sell once and you forfeit. If the TaxMan's bag shrinks by a single token, he's out. The seat opens, the benchmark resets, and the next qualifying buy takes it.
